Classical music lovers need no introduction to André Rieu, Dutch violinist and composer, whose creation "Johann Strauss Orchestra" is very popular. The orchestra performs with anything from 40 to 50 musicians. He was instrumental for reviving people's interest in waltz music and is known as the Waltz King. Rieu has performed with his orchestra throughout Japan, North America and Europe. They have gone on to win two World Music Awards and their recordings have gone gold and platinum in a number of countries.
