NFL Tickets Single Game On Sales in July

Tuesday, June 30th, 2009

NFL fans who sell their extra football tickets on the dozens of ticket sites searched by FanSnap have been making their listings available for some time now, of course.  Most are season ticket holders who are selling the extras for games they can not attend.

Many fans buy these hot tickets as soon as possible to lock in in their entertainment plans.  However, many football fans wait until the team makes any unsold tickets from the box office available first.  If those fans don’t find tickets from the team that meet their needs, then they come to FanSnap.

This moment of truth is called the single game tickets on sale date.  At some point after each NFL team is convinced they have sold all the season tickets they can, each team releases their remaining available tickets to the general public.  A number of teams have already done so.  A few teams wait until sometime in August right before the preseason games start.

The following NFL teams have single game “on sales” coming up in July:

Jul 11  Cleveland Browns tickets

Jul 17  Baltimore Ravens tickets

Jul 18  Tennessee Titans tickets

Jul 18  Denver Broncos tickets

Jul 25  Chicago Bears tickets

Good luck, football fans!  If you don’t find what you want, you know where to find us.  As you can see, there are thousands of ticket listings per game available, some with your name on them!

Even More NBA Finals Tickets Available

Saturday, June 13th, 2009

(UPDATED June 13, 11:00)

It’s do or die time for the Magic. Fans in Orlando are snapping up NBA Finals tickets to the last game in Orlando and possibly the last game of the series if the Lakers win. There are only 800+ tickets left for tomorrow’s game.

Several of our ticket-provider partners have last-minute purchase pick-up locations near Amway Arena so getting your hands on tickets before Game 5 is not a problem. Get in to the game for $150 or sit on the floor for $1,700.

Game 5 Los Angeles Lakers @ Orlando Magic Sun, Jun 14 — 800+ tickets from $150

(UPDATED June 11, 9:27)

The Lakers extended their series lead to 3-1 — winning Game 4 of the NBA Finals in overtime. The third and final NBA Finals game is Orlando is set for Sunday, June 14. NBA Finals tickets to the last game in Orlando are priced significantly lower than games in L.A. Orlando is ratcheting up the excitement. We expect these tickets to go up before Sunday.

Game 1 — Lakers def. Magic 100 - 75
Game 2 — Lakers def. Magic 101 - 96
Game 3 — Magic def. Lakers 108 - 104
Game 4 — Lakers  def. Magic 99 - 91
Game 5 Los Angeles Lakers @ Orlando Magic Sun, Jun 14 — 2,000+ tickets from $180

Game 7 Orlando Magic @ Los Angeles Lakers Thu, Jun 18 — 6,000+ tickets from $340

(UPDATED June 10, 2:45)

Orlando took game three at home and hopes to even things up on Thursday. Even with the win, NBA Finals tickets to game in Orlando are priced significantly lower than games in L.A. If you want to see the NBA Finals, think about a weekend trip to Orlando where you can get in for $148 each or sit on the Floor for $1500 each.

Game 1 — Lakers def. Magic 100 - 75
Game 2 — Lakers def. Magic 101 - 96
Game 3 — Magic def. Lakers 108 - 104
Game 4 Los Angeles Lakers @ Orlando Magic Thu, Jun 11 — 1,000+ tickets from $148*
Game 5 Los Angeles Lakers @ Orlando Magic Sun, Jun 14 — 3,000+ tickets from $176
Game 6 Orlando Magic @ Los Angeles Lakers Tue, Jun 16 — 5,000+ tickets from $345
Game 7 Orlando Magic @ Los Angeles Lakers Thu, Jun 18 — 6,000+ tickets from $330

(UPDATED June 8, 2:45)

The Lakers have jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the best of seven series. As the series moves from Los Angeles  to Orlando, we’re seeing NBA Finals tickets to the Orlando games come down in price even as tickets become more scarce. On Friday, a search for tickets on FanSnap to the upcoming Orlando games yielded get-in prices of $205, $208 and $225 for the Thursday, Sunday and Tuesday games respectively. Now, Magic fans can find tickets as low as $144, $182 and $190 for those same games — far less than what tickets were going for in L.A.

Game 1 — Lakers def. Magic 100 - 75
Game 2 — Lakers def. Magic 101 - 96
Game 3 Los Angeles Lakers @ Orlando Magic Tue, Jun 9 –   2,000+ tickets from $144*

Game 5 Los Angeles Lakers @ Orlando Magic Sun, Jun 14 –  5,000+ tickets from $190

Game 7 Orlando Magic @ Los Angeles Lakers Thu, Jun 18 — 5,000+ tickets from $340

(UPDATED June 5, noon)

Lakers fans in L.A. are showing signs that they think the Finals will be over in five games. The NBA Finals are slated to be 2-3-2 (two games in L.A., three in Orlando and then two more in L.A. if necessary). With the win last night and the demand for NBA Finals tickets today, we think Lakers fans are expecting to win the series in Orlando — making Sunday’s game the last chance Lakers fans get to see their team in L.A. this year.

Yesterday, get-in prices (the lowest price ticket) for game two were $269. Today, get-in prices are $300 and the number of tickets listed is down to 2,500+ from 3,000+ yesterday.

Game 1 — Lakers def. Magic 100 - 75
Game 2 Orlando Magic @ Los Angeles Lakers Sun, Jun 7 –  2,500+ tickets from $300*
Game 3 Los Angeles Lakers @ Orlando Magic Tue, Jun 9 –  4,000+ tickets from $205
Game 4 Los Angeles Lakers @ Orlando Magic Thu, Jun 11 — 4,000+ tickets from $208
Game 5 Los Angeles Lakers @ Orlando Magic Sun, Jun 14 — 4,000+ tickets from $225
