Lakers Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian to Wed?

According to E! Online, the Lakers forward will marry the reality star this coming Sunday.

While it seems Saints and USC star RB Reggie Bush wasn’t able to keep up with Khloe’s Kardashian sister, Kim; Odom will go from dating to wedded bliss in under a month. Consider that Kardashian caught.

Here at FanSnap, we care about you the fan. It seems when these star players start dating high profile celebs, their on-the-field-play suffers. We don’t know, for example,  if Reggie’s relationship with Kim Kardashian caused him to rack up fewer all-purpose yards for the Saints or if Jessica Simpson was a distraction for Tony Romo — sitting in the stands with her pink Cowboys jersey. But, we do know both players had less than career years while with the stars.

As or more important to fans is the ability to get seats to the game. We’ve been watching Lakers tickets very closely to see if there has been an impact up or down on prices and availability. Currently, the average price for a Lakers ticket is hovering around $176.

We’ll keep closes tabs on this and other celeb-athlete hookups with an eye toward what you care about, great values on tickets to the game.

According to nearly every hollywood gossip site we could think of, Lamar Odom did in fact marry Khloe Kardashian earlier today. Most of the Lakers were on hand, including Kobe Bryant and coach Phil Jackson. We’re busy checking the Lakers’ Twitter accounts for pictures.
