Britney Spears Announces Tour, Tickets On Sale Soon!

Tuesday, March 29th, 2011

She’s back!! We’re talking a new album and 26 different shows for which to buy Britney Spears tickets! The tour begins June 17 in Sacramento and currently wraps August 13 in Toronto, however more dates are expected to be added.

In addition to announcing the “Femme Fatale” tour today, Spears performed on “Good Morning America” performing singles “Hold It Against Me” and “Till The World Ends.” She’s been on a tear lately – even putting on a “sneak performance” for MTV last Friday.

Originally it was announced that Enrique Iglesias would be joining Brit on tour, but some of the dates conflict with his current tour so for now, this looks like a solo run. At least for now.

Britney has always been the ultimate performer. Her most recent tour, “Circus” grossed $120 million and drew more than 1.3 million people over 84 shows. It was the seventh-highest grossing tour in the world in 2009. Britney Spears tickets always go fast, so stay tuned right here for the latest on the on-sales.

Also, in case you haven’t seen it, check out Britney perform on GMA!

Dave Matthews Band + Pearl Jam + Phish? Am I dreaming?

Sunday, January 30th, 2011

When we learned last year there would be no Dave Matthews Band tours in 2011, we just assumed that meant no chances to see one of our favorites, plain and simple no Dave Matthews Band tickets.

So you can imagine how excited we were when we heard the band wasn’t just sitting around eating cheetos, but had instead planned FOUR “multi-day, multi-artist music events” to celebrate their 20th anniversary!

And now, we’re hearing that DMB may be joining up with Pearl Jam and Phish for the ultimate dream festival. Sounds too good to be true, right? We’ll don’t blame us for the tease – check out this recent tweet from DMB bassist, Stefan Lessard.

So I guess its just wait and see. Adding fuel to the fire, have you heard Lessard and Pearl Jam’s Mike McCready are in a new side project called 1, 2, 3 Go! HMMMMM.

We’ve got our ears to the ground and will keep you posted. Stay tuned right here for the latest on Dave Matthews Band tickets, Pearl Jam tickets and Phish tickets!

Huey Lewis and the News tickets still available!

Sunday, January 16th, 2011

Did you hear? Huey Lewis and the News is kicking off their tour this Friday! And lucky for you, we have plenty of Huey Lewis and the News tickets so you can catch this iconic band live.

First Rod Stewart and Stevie Nicks then Huey Lewis and the News. We don’t know about you, but with all of these old favorites hitting the road, sometimes we feel like we’re going “Back to the Future!”

Ah yes, we had to sneak that one in. For many of us, the infectious “Power of Love” was an anthem of the 80s and 90s! Of course this is one of those bands that has so many hits, it’s impossible to pick our favorite. A little “Heart of Rock and Roll” anyone?

In addition to the band’s greatest hits, Huey Lewis and the News will perform songs from their recently released album, “Soulsville,” a tribute to the artists who recorded for Stax Records back in the day. The tour will start Jan. 21 in Lake Charles, La and wraps up April 16 in Portsmouth, Ohio. There are only 10 dates, so demand for Huey Lewis and the News tickets will be high!

Which date will be the hottest seller? We’re guessing Huey Lewis and the News tickets will go super fast for their Feb. 9th show in New York. It’s their first performance in the City in EIGHT years!

While we’re sure you won’t need it, here’s a little something something to get you pumped for the show!
