(Update Oct. 20 10:45 a.m. (PT) The Phillies look to clinch a World Series berth tomorrow night at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia in front of the hometown fans. Phils fans are clamoring for tickets to Game 5. In fact, the average ticket price has gone up nearly 10% in the last 24 hours.

Phils fans will find similar variability. For the Oct. 18 game in Philadelphia, there are tickets in Outfield 142 listed for $263 and $362 in the same row.

The Rockies lost to the Dodgers tonight in LA. This means the Rockies will travel to Philadelphia to face the Phillies. The Cardinals will play the Dodgers. That series kicks off in LA.

The Twins quest to catch the Tigers is still on! Against all odds and with history against them,  the Twins caught the Tigers today.  With one game left in the regular season, the Tigers and Twins have the same record.Tomorrow’s final regular season at the Metrodome just got especially meaningful.

The NLDS teams have been set for a few days now, but seeding and best record are far from final. All four teams are playing for big stakes and home town fans are filling the seats. The Twins may have been seeing increased demand by fans for tickets who want to see one last game at the HHH Metrodome (or what Twins fans lovingly call the Humtydump) before the team move to its new facility next season.
