NFL Tickets Single Game On Sales in July

Tuesday, June 30th, 2009

NFL fans who sell their extra football tickets on the dozens of ticket sites searched by FanSnap have been making their listings available for some time now, of course.  Most are season ticket holders who are selling the extras for games they can not attend.

Many fans buy these hot tickets as soon as possible to lock in in their entertainment plans.  However, many football fans wait until the team makes any unsold tickets from the box office available first.  If those fans don’t find tickets from the team that meet their needs, then they come to FanSnap.

This moment of truth is called the single game tickets on sale date.  At some point after each NFL team is convinced they have sold all the season tickets they can, each team releases their remaining available tickets to the general public.  A number of teams have already done so.  A few teams wait until sometime in August right before the preseason games start.

The following NFL teams have single game “on sales” coming up in July:

Jul 11  Cleveland Browns tickets

Jul 17  Baltimore Ravens tickets

Jul 18  Tennessee Titans tickets

Jul 18  Denver Broncos tickets

Jul 25  Chicago Bears tickets

Good luck, football fans!  If you don’t find what you want, you know where to find us.  As you can see, there are thousands of ticket listings per game available, some with your name on them!

NFL Schedule Equals NFL Tickets!

Wednesday, April 15th, 2009

Today the NFL announced the regular season schedule, much to the delight of football fans everywhere.  WhIle the match-ups have been available for a while, now fans know the actual dates.

What most fans don’t know is that even though the tickets for those games will not be delivered to season ticketholders for some time, long time ticketholders already know where their seats are.  As a result, some of those fans have already listed some of their tickets for resale on many sites around the web.  Of course, there will be many more fans buying and selling up to and throughout the season.

However, if you want to lock those tickets in now, you can search for your favorite team on FanSnap already.

There are some great early season games that just jump off the schedule!

(Sep 14) Buffalo Bills @ New England Patriots

(Sep 20) Pittsburgh Steelers @ Chicago Bears

(Sep 20) NY Giants @ Dallas Cowboys

(Sep 27) Miami Dolphins @ San Diego Chargers

(Oct 11) Indianapolis Colts @ Tennessee Titans

NFL Games Mean NFL Tickets

Tuesday, March 24th, 2009

As usual, the NFL released the dates for a handful of games early, all to be held on either Kickoff Weekend or Thanksgiving Day.

Sep 10 Tennessee Titans at Pittsburgh Steelers

Sep 13 Chicago Bears at Green Bay Packers

Sep 14 Buffalo Bills at New England Patriots

Sep 14 San Diego Chargers at Oakland Raiders

Nov 26 Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions

Nov 26 Oakland Raiders at Dallas Cowboys

Nov 26 NY Giants at Denver Broncos

Since long-time season ticket holders already know their seat locations, some are already listing their tickets for sale, even before they physically receive them. Over the next few weeks you will see many more listings flood in.  A little known secret, if you want to lock that purchase in early.

While the 2009 NFL team match-ups have already been announced, the actual dates for the remainder of the schedule are typically released sometime in April.
