Ask any fan around the country, and they’ll tell you that this NBA season was one of the best — at least for on- and off-court drama. The other teams active in the LeBron sweepstakes, the Knicks, acquired Amare Stoudemire and Carmelo Anthony while the Bulls effectively stood pat and then quietly ended the year with the best record in the NBA. The Eastern Conference Champion Celtics dealt Kendrick Perkins to Oklahoma City in a move that some say potentially took the Celtics out of championship contention. Needless to say, there was no shortage of interesting storylines. Many of which had dramatic impacts on ticket demand.
