The Incredible Life of Taylor Swift

Wednesday, May 19th, 2010

Last week was just another week in the life of 20 year old Taylor Swift. She started the week by generously giving $500,000 to the flood relief efforts in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. She was nominated for a number of CMT Music Awards and it was also announced that she will be honored by the Songwriters Hall of Fame. She was named on the Victoria Secret’s Fifth Annual “What Is Sexy?” list and Maxim Magazine’s 2010 Hot 100 list. Her kiss with Taylor Lautner in the movie “Valentine’s Day” received a nomination for Best Kiss at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards and a dress of Taylor’s was included in a permanent exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame. Oh yeah, lastly, Taylor Swift Tickets “sold out” two shows in Newark, NJ and two shows in Long Island on four consecutive nights. Good thing she found some time to do some shopping in NYC, while being followed around by dozens of paparazzi.

It must be an incredible life for Taylor, but for the most part she seems very humble and down to earth. As her two year long “Fearless Tour” begins to come to a close, Taylor might have a little break to reflect on the last couple of years and her rise to the top of the music world. Looking to the future…keep an eye out for a new Taylor Swift album by the end of 2010.

Most of the shows remaining on Taylor Swift’s “Fearless Tour” are “sold out” at the box office, but with FanSnap you will always be able to find Taylor Swift Tickets. Opening for Taylor Swift at most of her shows will be the ACM’s Top New Group, Gloriana and American Idol sweetheart Kellie Pickler. Look for Pickler this summer, as she makes the shift from the “Fearless Tour” to Rascal Flatts’ “Nothing Like This Tour” beginning on June 25th.
