Hard core music fans know that the Houston Livestock and Rodeo is known for much more than horses. It is one of the largest collections of country and rock performances to happen in the U.S. every year in February and March. Check out the acts coming this year to Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas!
Houston Rodeo tickets go on sale Saturday, January 15 and the lineup is one you won’t want to miss. We’re talking Janet Jackson, KISS, Trace Adkins, Sugarland, Selena Gomez, Tim McGraw, Keith Urban, Kid Rock, Lady Antebellum, Zac Brown Band and more. A little bit for everyone!
The Houston Rodeo opens March 1, with Clay Walker and runs through March 20. Tickets not only get you access to the concert, but as a bonus, fans are treated to a bit of rodeo before each show.
So which concert are you most looking forward to? KISS tickets and Janet Jackson tickets will certainly be in high demand. The Houston Rodeo is the first stop on Janet Jackson’s just announced “Number Ones, Up Close and Personal Tour.” She’ll visit 35 cities (one for each of her 35 No. 1 hits) and will perform in intimate venues.
“These concerts will be different from anything I have ever done. I will be as up close and personal as possible,” Jackson said in a statement. “These concerts are not about special effects. This is a love affair between me and those of you who have supported me and my work for all these years. I’ll be singing and dancing from my heart. The music will all be songs that you’ve made number ones for me. Let’s go!”
Houston Rodeo tickets will certainly go fast. Don’t miss this chance to check out these amazing artists.

Our favorite artists and bands are starting to announce their 2010 concert tour schedules. This promises to be a huge year for monster tours. In fact, concert tour announcements have gone from one or two a week to two and three a day. In addition to some of the biggest acts in the world — U2 tickets and Taylor Swift tickets topped our hot tickets list of 2009 — extending their 2009 tours into 2010, here are concert tours being announced this week.
Five For Fighting tickets and dates for a U.S. tour following up the band’s October release, “Slice,” which we think should have been called, “Slashing,” were also announced today.
The Eagles, yes, one of the biggest bands in history, announced more dates and stops on what is now just a few stops on the west coast for the band’s Long Road Out Of Eden tour. Fingers crossed that they announce a full blown tour very soon. Check out Eagles tickets for So. Cal., No. Cal., BC and Phoenix.
Jeff Beck tickets to his out headlining tour were announced earlier this week. Jeff Beck is currently on the road with Eric Clapton now and will continue his own tour in April. Eric Clapton will continue touring with Roger Daltrey and then Steve Winwood through the spring.
Kenny Chesney tickets to a few shows in Vegas were announced this week. We know there are a lot of Kenny Chesney fans out there wondering if Kenny will hit the road this summer. We’ll let you know. We’ll also look for Mr. You Had Me At Hello at the Super Bowl where he’s sure to be rooting on his buddy Payton Manning.
Harry Connick Jr. tickets to 12 dates in February that have the Jazz man crisscrossing the south were announced this week.
The Peter Gabriel tickets and dates announcement on Monday kick the week off with us singing “Sledge Hammer” and “In Your Eyes” and then debating which was the best Cameron Crowe movie.
