Brandi Carlile

Brandi Carlile's music covers various genres such as rock, pop, folk and alternative country. This American singer and songwriter's self-titled major label debut album was a compilation of some of her old songs as well as some newly recorded tracks. She went on to feature on Rolling Stone's list of "10 Artists to Watch in 2005"and toured with popular acts such as Johnny Lang, Hanson, Indigo Girls, Tori Amos and Ray LaMontagne. In 2007 Carlile released her second album, The Story, collaborating with the Indigo Girls on the song "Cannonball."
