Joshua Bell, named an "Indiana Living Legend," is an American Grammy Award-winning violinist whose talent was discovered by his mother when he was just four years old. Bell made his Carnegie Hall debut in 1985 with the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra and has performed with almost all of the world's major orchestras and conductors. Bell uses a 300-year-old Stradivarius violin, the Gibson ex Huberman. His first recording, Romance of the Violin (2003), sold more than 5,000,000 copies and remained at the top of the classical music charts for 54 weeks. His most recent album is Vivaldi, The Four Seasons (2008).
