The University of Kentucky Wildcats are one of the most prolific men's college basketball programs in NCAA history, with more all-time victories than any other team. Playing its home games at Rupp Arena (named for legendary former coach Adolf Rupp), the Wildcats have won seven NCAA Championships and have reached the Final Four 13 times. Several Wildcats have gone onto the NBA, including Tayshaun Prince, Rajon Rondo, and John Wall. The women's team, the Lady Wildcats, plays at the Memorial Coliseum on campus in Lexington and has appeared in the Elite Eight twice.
