The Orlando Magic, an expansion franchise in 1989, has experienced tremendous success in their relatively short existence. Rebuilding now with the Dwight Howard era over, progress will start with this year's rookies - Andrew Nicholson and Moe Harkless. The cupboard is not bare, with returnees Jameer Nelson, J.J. Redick, Hedo Turkoglu and Glen Davis, as well as additions Arron Afflalo, Al Harrington and Gustavo Ayon, a mix of veterans and young talent that will keep new coach Jacque Vaughn very busy.
