VENUE REVIEWS, EASY AS 1-2-3

On FanSnap, you can now rate and review the seats in various stadiums and arenas, providing useful information about viewing events from that particular section/area, or about nearby amenities (food, restrooms, etc).

1. GET STARTED

On any FanSnap Map, click on the map section marker of the section you would like to rate and review. Click on “Write Review.”

2. IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY, JUST SIGN IN

To write a review, you must be signed in. You can even use your Facebook account if you like!

3. WRITE AND POST A GREAT REVIEW

What is a good review? Imagine that you are taking your friend to their first game or show at the venue, which you know inside out. What would you tell them about sitting in that section? That’s what you should write.

Do not just write about how great and amazing the seats are. Tell why!

Fans have the ability to rate reviews and are most appreciative of those who have contributed many truly useful reviews.

WHERE WILL OTHER FANS SEE YOUR REVIEWS?

Fans will be able to read (and rate!) your reviews when they are selecting tickets. The highest rated reviews are shown first.

All registered fans receive a profile page on FanSnap with a “Fan Name” of your own choosing. Your page includes any reviews you have written.

Your reviews will also be shown on the associated venue information pages.
