NFL football fans are making plans to be in Indianapolis, Indiana the first Sunday in February for Super Bowl XLVI at Lucas Oil Stadium. Going to the Super Bowl is on most sports fans' "bucket list" and Super Bowl tickets are the hottest in sports. The Super Bowl is part football game, part rock concert, with Madonna performing, and has reached near national holiday status in America. The Super Bowl is played on the first Sunday in February -- dubbed "Super Bowl Sunday" -- and is the culmination of a 17-week NFL regular season and three rounds of playoffs. The Super Bowl winner receives the Lombardi Trophy, named after Green Bay Packers coach Vince Lombardi who won the first two NFL championship games.
