The Oak Ridge Boys was founded in 1945, originally the Oak Ridge Quartet. Starting out as a gospel group, they later transitioned to more country and pop music. With their current lineup of lead Duane Allen, tenor Joe Bonsall, baritone William Lee Golden and bass Richard Sterban, they have toured extensively across the US Their 2009 album the Boys Are Back debuted at #16 on the country charts. They frequently perform at their Oak Ridge Boys Theatre in Branson, Missouri.
